Dramatic Play

Through dramatic play children learn to be expressive, creative and develop their imagination. With support materials and props they are able to relive experiences, mirror the world around them and develop an increasing confidence and repertoire for symbolic, pretend or dramatic play. Dramatic play allows children to express their feelings and emotions in a range of appropriate non verbal ways.
